- Caramelised Onion and Cracked Black Pepper adds a sweetness of onions with a kick from pepper to any burger.
- Use 500g mix per 4kg minced meat, includes rusk.
- This will make 5kg of burgers.
- Use with beef, chicken, pork, lamb or alternative!
- Simply add this seasoning to minced meat & water.
- Shape the burgers by hand or use a press for a professional look!
- The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the burger.
- Leave burgers in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with the meat
- Dont forget to use burger discs between your burgers before they are frozen allowing you to easily separate the burgers.
