Nitro Pulsar Box Golf Balls (Pack 12)

I freaking love these balls. I recently started playing golf, so I was hitting the balls that were extras, or X-outs, or overstock, or found, etc. I finally decided that I'm going to bite the bullet and get some inexpensive, but still brand new, golf balls. I've been using a red Callaway Superhot as a putting ball, and I really liked the feel of it, the matte finish, and especially the color—you could see this ball from 200 yards away.I was lucky enough to stumble upon the Nitro Pulsars, which have the same finish, the same color, and they're way cheaper. I figured if I lost a dozen balls in a round, I wouldn't be too upset.Turns out, as long as you're half-competent, these balls are really hard to lose. If you're wearing brown- or rose-polarized sunglasses, the balls look like they're glowing against the grass, and they are super easy to track in the sky. The only two I lost were because of water and extraordinarily dense forest growth.They fly as straight as you are able to hit them, they seem reasonably durable (after 36 holes with the same two balls, they're still flying and rolling just the same), and most importantly, they look freaking amazing.

I bought these as an experiment. My dog loves to chase balls, and catches them on the fly. He has an easy time carrying 3: he's had as many as 5 in his mouth. He seems to distinguish different colors, because he prefers these, which are a bright chartreuse color! They are softer, so they don't last as long as range balls, but they are well loved.

I picked this up on a whim. Now, I am always looking for the best bang for the buck even if it means going with a less popular brand and the Nitro Pulsars fit that perfectly. There was a ball in my pack that I would not say was 1st quality, but it still performed satisfactorily. The Pink color is much duller/flatter than pictured here on Amazon so perhaps not as visible. I also got a multi-color pack. To me the pink and red were very similar & yellow definitely the brightest. If you are not a golf snob that wants to out-perform your playing partners that have to use the latest and greatest Tour ball, have fun and put Pulsars in your arsenal. For around a buck-a-ball these are worth trying. I would say that they are in the NXT/NXT Tour realm at 1/2 the price.

Striking response of this golf ball matches or exceeds golf balls that are twice the price of the Nitro Pulsar Golf Ball. Definitely worth buying a couple of boxes! And if you have a ball spinner to mark the equator and the sweet spot of the ball the overall performance is even better. It really rolls true on the green when you've targeted the equator with the direction of your greens stroke. I highly recommend this golf ball for both its value and performance on the course.

Now you can watch your ball in ultra 4k end up in the woods and water hazards. Easier to find too.

Great price for a quality ball. If you're playing a round with your buddies and need a tour quality ball without breaking the bank, then this ball is it. Love the matte finish and toughness of the cover. The ball went through two rounds. A couple of times bouncing off of the cart path and rocks and not even a nick. Compared to higher end balls, the pulsar drove as far if not further and had nice spin control for the short game. And best of all, I didn't feel guilty if I lost a ball or two.

I am a 70 year old high handicap 3 day per week golfer. I have tried several Nitro model golf balls and find them rock hard.I always find myself going back to my Callaway Super-Soft golf balls for distance and grip on the greens.

I love Nitro golf balls, inexpensive, good feel and long. Pink is my favorite as they really stand out, especially in hazy or overcast weather... they are so "wrong" the color just screams out at you. Makes errant shots easier to find.One problem, women golfers coming the other direction often play my ball by mistake... then get pissed at me for playing THEIR color.

Great visibility, great distance. I was looking for a ball to play in the Fall so I could find it with all the leaves (I'm not usually in the middle of the fairway lol!). This is by the far the easiest to find ball I've ever used. You can spot it 50 yds away easily. I'm actually driving this further than my usual ball, so no lost distance. The feel is fine, not soft like a spin ball but a solid ball overall.
