This is an approximately 10 page book on a personal experience. This is not a professionally published book, and reads as if the author typed it up herself without an editor. Not that great in my personal opinion.

I appreciate the author sharing her journey. Will be trying the methods noted in the book.

I bought this book and have to say what a huge amount of informative information. I even had the honor of talking to her personally. I would give this book a five star rating. Please get this book if one has this issue going on in there life. It will help.

A complete waste of money. I could have written a more detailed book on this subject that would actually be helpful. Don’t bother.
