Schlage F170 ACC 716 RH Right Handed Accent Door Lever, One Sided Non-Turning Dummy Door Handle, Aged Bronze

The one sided 'dummy' lever was exactly as expected. Matched the 'passage' and 'privacy' units perfectly. I also purchased several of the 'passage' and 'privacy' units. Products appears to be good quality. Very easy to install, I replaced old Kwik-set units. Took only a couple minutes. Had to give the 'dummy' and the 'passage' only one star for both 'lock feature, and 'easy to lock', simply because it is a 'dummy' and a 'passage', doesn't have a lock at all, not intended to lock. So, could not give a high rating for something that does not apply. But the 'privacy' set locks and unlocks perfectly, just as you would expect it to do. All appear to be very good quality. The ones I had to switch sides on, were very easy to do. Schlage includes a tool (which is also the 'key' for the privacy set), making the switch very quick and easy. The 'privacy' set lock lever is a button, rather than a 'turn' knob, so there is no issue like I read about on other manufactures sets being horizontal or vertical when locked or unlocked. Any other advice to others looking to purchase, is to make sure you order what you need, regarding the 'dummy' being 'left' and 'right', because there is only one lever, so no option to flip or switch it. This was well worth the extra cost, compared to other manufactures.

We purchased this whole line to use throughout our whole house after the previous Dexter set has worn down after 20 years. The finish is awesome. The quality and function of the handles, locksets, & deadbolts are the best I have ever used. They are firm and the leavers snap right back in place when used while the function is tight and does not rattle. They are worth every penny. Also, I shopped them at Home Depot and Lowes and Amazon has a substantially better price and I received these in one day with my Prime acct even though it says two day. Highly recommend.

Schlage makes a great product. This handle is beautiful. I was just a little shocked that they charge so much for one handle, as you have to buy the LH too, if you have a dummy door to a room like we do to our den.

Can't go wrong with Schlage hardware. Replace interior door and needed these for the stationary 12 lite doors. Finish is great and consistent with all the other doors.

Beautiful handles that feel quality. They're simple since there's no key mechanism but we didn't want to go cheap. Look great an a pine office door.

This works and looks exactly as one would hope if you have or want schlage aged bronze hardware. Keep in mind you need to order a left and a right if you intend on having on both sides of a door. We installed French doors and originally purchased one thinking it was a set.

When replacing all the door hardware in our master bedroom, I tried to find matching styles at our local huge box home improvement store. Even at the local huge H___ D____, I couldn't get a full set of matching door handles for all doors. Amazon had exactly what we needed, and at a better price than I could find anywhere else. These dummy levers are perfect for our needs, arrived quickly, and had all the hardware necessary for a quick and easy install.

Nice looking ‘dummy’ handles, and the ones here at Amazon are great. We bought some of the same brand and style from one of the home improvement stores, and those were loose and junk. These are supposed to be 'fixed' handles and those wobbled and shook like they were ready to fall apart. They were in ‘plastic’ merchandising packages, while our Amazon order came in no nonsense cardboard boxes. They were even a little less expensive and available with Prime. Again, we like the product, but by the time you buy two (one for each side of the door) you are actually paying more than a fully functioning handle with lock. That is the same pricing anywhere, but it seems odd. Again, they look great, but at that price, the retaining piece to prevent the handle from moving should be metal instead of the plastic that it is. That is why the home improvement store versions are junk I just hope these Amazon ones hang in there.
