Good taste and quality
Quality was very good (the taste was more on lemon/citrus side). The ingredient says Bird eye chili which is the base of peri peri spice, this super happy with the product

definitely not xx-hot for Indian palate, but its hot
Initially it might taste similar to our India lemon achaar !! but Indian pickles are high on salt & oil.Consider this an Indian lemon pickle but with a saucy consistency and replace salt & oil with vinegar & peri peri chilies. It has a hot after taste, it also has garlic and onion so that adds to the flavor too...I dont want take away all the credit by calling it a pickle, it just similar to Indian lemon pickle, but has it won unique flavour and its tasty and addictive !!Since this is imported from New Zealand, its expensive, cant complain. Will buy again !!

A little bit more on the sour side!
Great value for money for a bottle this size. The taste, however, is a little bit on the sour side, which I don't like that much. For those who do, it will be a 5/5 product.

Hot.. but not the way I want it
You might think it's not hot when it touches your tongue... But your stomach will burn after having it.. I bought it to feel the heat on my tongue... So I didn't like it.. used little and threw out the rest..

Not hot!
I am a Nando's flame grilled chicken fan. 18 years of eating Nando's in Australia and Gulf Middle east has taught me one thing - X Hot brings tears to eyes, and XX Hot is to be avoided unless you want to torture party guests. The marinades are equally hot. Never tried the sauces until I came across this one. It is best described as closest to the Middle East version of "Mild Lemon and Herb" Nando's chicken/ bottle marinade. Definitely not hot at all. If you are looking for a hot sauce, please avoid this one.

Did not meet my expectations
Package arrived in time. And I was stunned by the packaging. No way the bottle could have been harmed as it was wrapped in dozens of buble-wraps.Now talking about the product itself. At the very instance of the smell, I was let down. I tasted a bit, and it tasted just what I expected it to taste like as I took a sniff of it earlier. It tasted very very lemony.. you know, sour. And speaking of spiciness... not that much. Maybe it will taste better when poured on noodles or other food. I will change my review if it does.
