Half of the items were unusable
I was very unhappy to find that more than half of the box of silverware bags were unusable because the glue or whatever makes them into a bag either wasn't applied correctly or wasn't applied at all, so I ended up getting half of a box of folded paper. Since only half of the box was usable, this was not a good value.
