EFFICIENT Keratin Hair Building Fibers, Hair Loss Concealer Net Wt. 28gm / 0.98 oz (Black)

I liked the price and thought it worked as well as Toppik but have quickly found I have to reapply this during the day b/c the fibers don't stay put. They clump together leaving bare spots on my scalp. When first applying the fibers, I can't just sprinkle a little as it doesn't dispurse on the scalp evenly. So I need a lot more shakes of the container to cover my scalp with a thick and even layer. But worst of all, if my scalp sweats or it's humid outside, the fibers ball up like "dust bunnies" and I am left with a "spotted" scalp (dust bunnies and bare scalp). It's almost like the fibers are cottony/fluffy and instead of them sticking to your scalp, they stick to each other.

I tried this because of the cost - much less expensive than Toppik or the others. So far I actually like it more than Toppik. It goes on the same, covers the same, but doesn't seem to dry my hair as much.Only one caution. While I was shaking it onto the back of my head the top came off - what a mess!! Luckily most of it landed in my dry bathroom sink so I was able to salvage most of it and it still works just fine. I now hold the top with one finger while shaking it.

I love this product. The first thing I noticed about it is that it does not turn your hair gray where you use it. There are a couple of other companies out there that I have used their product and it grays and dulls your hair.The second thing I noticed is the colors are basically what you see in the picture. It covers very well and never dulls your hair. I put it on and then I pat it down where I put it and when I am done styling my hair I add some hairspray. Also this is a lot cheaper than most of them on the market but don't let that fool you it is a superior product.

I usually use Xfusion - the reviews said Efficient was just as good with a lower price. Unfortunately Efficient did not work for me. I ordered a med-brown, and the color was more like an Auburn shade - and I found it did not cover as well as Xfusion.

Love this stuff. I've used Toppik and two other name brand hair "thickener" powders. Efficient is my favorite so far. Much better priced too.
