Exact replacement. Fixed it.
PAM (object detection module) light stayed on. Confirmed with scantool - code C1742 "Backup sounder short to ground". Vehicle was a 2005 Escape. Speaker was behind RR interior trim panel (has holes in it, like a speaker cover). Popped enough clips to bend panel inwards to access. One electrical connector, this replacement was an exact match to the one behind the panel. Adhesive backed as well and mounting holes, just like OEM. Fixed the issue.9.9 times out of 10 if you get the light-on at all times, and/or a code C1742 it's this speaker causing it. Replace this before you even look at sensors or the PAM module.Good, cheap fix. 5 stars for fit, function and price.

Worked on 2010 Fusion Hybrid
This part fit my 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid and was an easy fix for my problem. I was getting 2 warning lights. "Check rear parking aid" and "cross traffic system fault" and my back up beeper was no longer working. So replaced this speaker and fixed it just like that! I was able to find a video on YT that showed exactly how to do it. Not allowed to share the link on here but if you need help installing this part just search for a video. I am very happy with this purchase. The part was cheap and works perfectly!

Worked fine, fixed my parking assist on my 2005 Excursion
Fixed my parking assist on my 2005 Ford Excursion. My problem was the yellow light parking assist "OFF" button stayed on all the time. Found out that when the light is on all the time, it's the horn that's bad. When the light only comes on when you go into reverse, 9 times out of 10 it's one of the sensors on the bumper. This horn fit exactly into the same holes as the original horn that I removed and works perfectly now.

Backup safely
This part save me from selling the car. The backup alert wasn't working and I thought either a wiring problem or new sensors were going to cost hundreds. The part was under $20 and it took 15 minutes to install. Youtube isolated the problem, and saved me again.

Try this if you don't think the rear parking module is bad.
Replaced the speaker instead of the rear parking module as a whole, and it fixed my back up issue for my 08 mercury Sable. Hopefully it lasts.

2004 Expedition/ Fits and works perfect.
This speaker and new rear sensors fixed my system. There is no listing anywhere for the correct speaker for my 2004 Eddie Bauer expedition; not on Amazon, not on E-bay, not on any Ford dealership parts listings.

Worked perfectly!
My rear park aid system suddenly went out one day, and this little speaker was all it took to get it back up and working. Was super easy to change out and took me maybe 10 minutes at the most from start to finish. Lots of tutorials can be found on YouTube, and even somebody with very limited skills can handle this job. Great product!

Worked flawlessly
I purchased this for my 2012 MKZ. I installed it but in the process, lost the screws that held the speaker in place. This item has an adhesive sticky pad on the back for that reason exactly. I popped the old speaker out, plugged this one in, and stuck it next to the rear driver stereo speaker. Works like a charm. Cleared the warning lights of "check rear park aid" and "cross traffic system fault"

Shut off warning light
Perfect correction for warning light, but I found it much quieter than factory alarm. Must listen carefully.
