Well where to start! As a relative newbie to distance road riding I have been asking for advice on how to improve "personal comfort" if you get my drift! The constant answer was chamois cream! After listening to further advice I went for one designed for women!Well, let me tell you, this was the most bizarrely unpleasant yet pleasant experience...On first application (I put directly on to chamois and a few creases) the heat from the ??eucalyptus was so intense I squealed! This was followed by me hopping about for several minutes wondering whether I was either on fire or had accidentally put toothpaste down there instead of protective cream! Anyway, after I had manned up and put my butt in the saddle all felt a little calmer, id go as far as to say numb, in fact it all felt minty fresh and pain free the whole of our 65km ride!I have come home with intact, pain-free bits and am now a chamois cream convert!Go buy this, now!!!!!

Great for freezing the under carriage while cycling its a must have product for long cycles and even short cycles

Protection from friction. Has a cooling effect, which I did not like. Could not use on mucous membrane.

Goes on easy with a tingly sensation. Use it on longer rides for friction, it's worked as I wanted it to. Tub is rather small though.

great product for keeping all your bits protected on long and short rides, nice cooling effect when applied, does not leave any residue .
