Build quality and design is good. Only drawback is that it takes time to start generating steam. The on/off switch can be made more sturdy. May break if not used properly.

Easy to use. Clear instructions with proper instruction manual included . Have used a few times and it seems to be working as expected though the amount of steam output could have been better. The cable, thankfully is not short as is the case with some other brands.Not very lengthy but enough to be useful rather than having to find a place where there is an electric socket AND space for you to sit.

After much research, I purchased this product for steam inhalation. The product's plastic quality is good, and it has two steam control levels. The major advantage is that heating element does not touch the water which makes the product optimal for long term use. The product's temperature control switch could be improved.

As soon as you operate it you will see steam coming out so less in quantity. It is found ineffective when sought relief from cold. Reasons are many like the cup provided for water holding is small, the inbuilt heater power is very less.

My primary purpose of the buy was for steam inhalation. I already have a generic steamer, that you can buy for less than 200 bucks in a local shop. But with no temperature control, these ones are susceptible for scaldings and way too unsafe for kids. Now the steamer from beurer was considered for the purchase because of the price and the number of ratings, but I guess most of those buyers are using the steamer for cosmetic purposes. The thing with this steamer is that you have wait for atleast 5 minutes before the steam starts appearing , in mode 1. So you can't have a quick and easy inhalation as I would have preferred. Chances for scalding is there, even though the tank capacity is less than 100 ml (?) , as the there is no temperature control or cut off mechanism to prevent the scalding steam. Having said that, the product could be a very good for facial steaming. With the tank filled to the max, it can produce steam for about 20 minutes. No complaint on the product quality and finish for the money spent. Selector knob feels flimsy thiugh. So, would I recommend this ? Well, if you want a quick steamer for inhalation purposes, this might not suite you. Even the generic ones creates more steam quickly . Thank you

Avoid plastic usage and use this German product. Only 10ml. of water but running long lasting. Quality product. Features are too good. Easy to use.

Product is easy to use, good quality, easy to clean, is very portable, nice safety and comfort. But not that much steam coming. Also the water capacity is very low.
