This is the best med for rheumatoid arthritis. After the primary meal, I swallow 10 seeds with a full glass of water. And the miracle begins after just two days. The pain from rheumatoid arthritis has gone by almost 99%. Thank god that I no longer need any other painkillers.I would advise starting with 3 seeds daily only and increasing to 10 seeds. Initially, it has a laxative effect that goes away gradually.Please peel the seeds before using them. The seeds are very nasty testing only if you chew them and therefore swallow them whole.

These seeds are easy to germinate and rate of germination is almost 100%. Seeds are in great quality and packaged well. Would have been great if they come in a zip bag for ease of opening and closing the bag but everything else is perfect. I’ve searched Amazon and this is the cheapest and most seeds your money can buy.

One has to get used to crunching the seeds and the texture but it is worth it. I definitely feel better and my mind is much clearer!

Most the seeds floated and where hollow-- I tried three different methods to sprout-- and not ONE sprouted.. Very dissapointed.
