Received the product in good shape. Installation requires few follow up but that's ok considering the brand penetration and support system. The installation work is decent. But what I had feared came true in terms of cost of installation. For installing with 13 feet aluminum pipe, the person charged me Rs.2800 which is I feel its overcharged. No bills, you know the guy is shady and outsourced contracting. If the product gets issue I have to deal with the same service guy, whom I know going to fleece us. This is in Bangalore, Confidence in transparent service is something worrisome. The service center is single phone line not like call center, mostly busy not always open for receiving calls.Yet to use the product, initial testing everything is working fine and no bad electrical. Sound is audible like other chimneys even in low speed. Hoping product quality would save the day-day experience/

REAL VALUE FOR MONEY! I have ordered two pieces (during a sale period) for two locations; one for my parental residence and other for my new flat. Got it at a very competitive price compared to similar products with same specifications...Was apprehensive about the quality and overall installation charges . However, since ordering the company's support team cordially kept in touch until the item was successfully delivered and finally installed...As usual with AMAZON, packaging was extremely good and delivered before scheduled time. The installation guy was prompt, polite with a pleasing personality. Using the product for one week....no issues, whatsoever till now. OVERALL, A GOOD PURCHASE !!!

Excellent product from seavy.Using it since last one month and had no issues & product is performing very good.It is having a powerful motor and the looks of the chimney is awesome.I find it more accomplished with outstanding features like auto clean, led lights, glass finishlooks and performance is very nice... I like the product very much and I wish it works fine in future also

Earlier the support from the company was exceptional but now I used this product for a period of 18 months & now this machine is part of a showpiece only....as there is no suction power in it.

I'm reviewing this product after 2 months of usage and It's working absolutely perfect! The customer care of Seavy Appliances is excellent. Didn't encounter any issues yet. The only weird thing is that the "Auto Clean" feature isn't that much effective (Although, I didn't bother to discuss with customer care...I feel this is the problem with all "Thermal Auto clean Chimneys"...). Anyways, I'm highly satisfied with this brand!

It's a great product does an excellent job. The baffel filters collect all the oil which gets deposited in the oil collector. It's very easy to use and clean with low noise and most of all it's gives the kitchen a premium look with its touch function s without compromising on the quality. It's a must have for any kitchen.

Delivered on Time and Installed in less than a day's time. Been 2 months the product is performing fine. And they have life time warranty option. Which is a wow factor. In budget and looks good too with a good performance.
