Excellent! Bought to replace a aero frother which was much more expensive.Very easy to clean, heats very well and the frothy milk is perfect.Long may it continue.Excellent value for money too.

The received item works perfectly except for one minor issue. As it turns out the square based unit lid not have knob installed and as the lid is closing really snug it is a bit difficult to remove. However, there is a solution to this and it lays at B&Q you can buy there a drawer knob and install yourself - of course, this should be done by the maker in my opinion and this is the reason why the item got only 4 stars. The knob cost me 1.98£ so that has to be added to the price.

Does not get hot

Reluctantly I have to submit a poor review on this well designed and mechanically great item. It simply does not heat the milk up to a sufficient temperature.

We'be been using this for a few months now and so I wanted to write a quick review to say how pleased we are with it.I hesitated over buying it because people were saying the lid needs a handle on it to remove it without burning your fingers. I took a chance and went for it anyway and am delighted to say that's not true. It's really easy to get the lid off once you know how: just hold the jug by the handle as usual and then use your thumb (against the warm plastic lid) to push the lid upwards and the lid loosens easily and you can then lift it off with your other hand. As I say - really easy!In terms of the rest of the operation, it heats and froths the milk really well. It has a larger capacity than our old frother so takes a bit longer, so I put it on at the same time as the coffee so everything's ready at once.It's MUCH easier to clean than our old frother because there's no obstructions in the jug, and the frother can just be run under the tap.In conclusion a really good product at a great price!

Great little milk frother. Because it uses magnets in the base there is nothing inside the jug so it's a doddle to clean.

I really like this frother, easy to use, quiet, and looks nice, the reason for 4 stars... the lid is really hard to get off, so you end up burning your fingers to get a grip

Der erste Eindruck ist gut. Milch wird wie erwartet aufgewärmt und aufgeschäumt. Durch den magnetischen Antrieb sind Milchkrug und Boden gut zu reinigen.Für den Verkauf nach Deutschland hätte ich aber einen deutschen Stecker erwartet, mindestens aber einen deutlichen Hinweis, dass man den englischen Stecker austauschen muss! Auch für die Bedienungsanleitung muss man Englisch können!
