Poor quality
This back pack was used once and ripped at the bottem. Was very disappointed in the quality. Thought it would have been more durable.

Do your research before buying any bag
Purchased this bag for my son for school on August of 2018. Unfortunately, after the first weeks of school the handle snapped off! So, my son has to roll it by extending the back strap and looks like he’s walking a dog. Plus, if you pack it tight, the back will tilt forward.

Handle is easy to break
The handle in less then a month is broken

Good bag but the wheels don't last!!! :-(
I purchased this backpack in Oct 2018 and in about 5 months of my daughter using it, the wheels started giving her problems and then a month later, one of the wheels just broke off rendering the backpack unuseable. She loved the bag but no point if you can't even get a year of usage out of it! Very disappointed!
