Doesn’t work for long; no auto shutoff
What a piece of crap. Less than six months and it won’t connect to my phone to charge any more. I can charge the case but the phone within it won’t charge anymore. The phone charges fine with the Apple charger, so it has nothing to do with the phone. No contact information in the manual, in English, to contact for warranty service. Amazon should not sell garbage like this product.It should have an auto-shutoff function and it doesn’t.I’d give this -5 stars if I could.

Doesn’t even last a month before the charging port on the bottom starts to have trouble staying connected while charging.

Functionality reliable
Battery life I’m completely satisfied charged my phone really fast, what I did not like it’s that only lasted for 4 months it does charge when connected to the wall but unfortunately it does not charge my phone anymore, This is frustrating!! (4months) I wish it could have last more than that.

Would like a replacement please!!
Would love to speak to someone in customer service about a replacement! Just stopped working- indicator lights come on when plugged in but will not connect to iPhone after minimal use.

Be ready to buy a new one
I was happy with the charging case while it lasted. Now it long longer works and is "out of the return window" on Amazon. Great
