One of the better "contemporary for solo piano" collections, but still . . .
Let's just be honest. Today's contemporary christian music is composed originally for a stage band - so having it arranged strictly for solo piano is going to sound different.Playing Level: To me, these pieces are too easy. I've played for 25+ years. I wasn't expecting Dino Kartsonakis arpeggios or crazy runs, but still, I'd like a little more meat to the arrangements. I would say they are Late Intermediate for a student player, and Early Intermediate for an adult player.Collection: The collection of songs is a nice variety. Some of the older Hillsongs mixed in with very recent ones.I wish the songs sounded fuller and more advanced. I hear contemporary piano solos playing on CD overhead at Hobby Lobby, so I know there are some nice arrangements out there! But this book will not be that.

Piano part excellent
The Piano part is excellent. If the lyrics were included it would have 5 stars. If you know the lyrics, get this it sounds very full.

Was very disappointed.
I though it was a CD not song sheets. It was for my husband that wanted a instrumental CD. Was very disappointed.
