The glasses were packed safely in bubble wrap and have a nice stuble look. The bottom is nicely designed and the glass is not to lightweight.

THE PRODUCT seemed used and dishwashed - had the same whitish deposit on the inner side of almost all glasses... not a good product. glass is too thick. for all models of this brand. do not buy.
