Excellent product and services
SmallIssue in fitting by the plumber. Resolved by the company representatives, immediately. Further as a good will the charges were waived off. 😊

Generally ok.
Both the end it is open .it is to be closed. Identification hot, cold, shower etc should be legible.now it is difficult to see.

Stinks
Look wise it’s good. However it stinks badly for the first two minute after we open shower. Don’t know why. Tried with local plumber also. But didn’t work.

The media could not be loaded. It's a trash, inner rubbers dissolved like sand within a year, 0 support from brand, 0 warranty. Except the center panel everything is plastic just chrome silver coated, head shower is completely useless, coz water wont rise that much, for that we have to fix 0.5hp booster pump, for this Normal tap is better, if u r planning to buy sure u will regret, I lost ₹16k in this trash

Average build quality
It has a dent near the spout area also one rivet missing . Most of the accessories are made of plastic, so need to see how long would it last

Very unthoughtful and sort of rubbish design
The features are good. I mean it has everything you might want at this budget. What it does not have is any thoughts behind the design. Its so small, shower has such a big bend that it almost hits your head, the massage jets are placed in such random positions that top one hits your head and bottom one hits your tummy. If we had an option to switch off any of those jets, that would have been so good. So, in short it can be avoided. Check the image, the jets and shower almost next to each other. Total rubbish.
