(Ages 2-20) Girls School Pinafore Bib Style Pleated School Uniform Black, Royal Blue, Grey, Bottle Green, Brown, Burgundy, Navy

I didn't actually buy this as school uniform item as such. My 11yr old daughter was in a carnival and had to dress as old school st trinians. I ordered this as size "age 15/16 year old" thinking it would be long and baggy like in the old black and white films and not the "sexy" style that on typing in "st trinians old school uniform age 11yr" came up with. When it arrived it looked like a very decent material and had I purchased it for uniform for school I would have been impressed but I was a reluctant buyer given she would only wear it once, not I hasten to add because of any inferior quality. My daughter is short for her age and it came to sit about the knee area and is not a plump child (though has a developing chest'icals)but it was extremely close fitting bordering on tight. If I was'nt in a panic, as the carnival was the very next day and the theme had only been told to us parents 4 days previously,I would have considered sending it back. The waistband has 2 buttons on so I moved one across and the inner one attached elastic to so it would stretch across. Although it didn't alter the length it did the job. Have to say, delivery was 1 day early which I was grateful for and didn't have to have kittens that it was coming the next day! All in all take as you will. Good quality material, well made and very smart looking. Just maybe be aware of sizing if your child isn't a complete skinny skinny!

Surprising to find such an item in a larger size, so was not expecting much. Was pleasantly surprised by quality of material and manufacturing. Had to move the buttons to get the perfect fit but that only needs a needle and thread so was trivial.My only comment to the manufacturer would be that they should take note that in general, general are getting taller as the length was approaching the ‘immodest’ end of the scale.While not an enormous problem for fancy dress, it is worth noting that an inch or two on the bid and another 2 inches on the skirt would have been nice.

A bit short and the material feels quite thin but its a good cut and looks smart on my daughter.I was a bit concerned about the end bit which is a kind of split that wraps around the waist but there has been no problem from my dd's - She loves it.Its been worn several times now and washed in machine and it comes out on top each time.

Very pleased with the quality. I struggled to get a properly fitting school dress for my 3y/o as shes alot smaller than other children her age. Thankfully I found these and they fir her perfect. Highly recommend

I ordered 2 dresses in age 13-14 for my granddaughters who are 10 and 11(a average height and weight for their age) they were far too small more like a 9-10 years ..Now I'm giving them 4 stars because they were really nice pinafores well made and nice material and good value for money unfortunately as I said the sizing I'm my opinion is well off

Purchased as part of a worst witch costume, my daughter wasn’t keen as it wasn’t a close enough match to the “real worst witch costume she is a perfectionist”. It served the purpose perfectly did the job was a little bit big on the waist but my daughter is a skinny minnie!! Quality was great you can’t really go wrong.

Looks cheap when it’s on and was too small. You have to pay to return it, so I’ve basically wasted £4 on this, wish I hadn’t bothered

Cheep quality could have bought the same ones from tesco/asda for £6 each not the quality expected for the price
