Votivo Holiday Candle - Joie De Noel

Great scent and beautiful glass container, but it was just small and thus didn’t last very long. The scent does have pine in it, so it works for the holidays, but also would work anytime in my opinion.

Votivo are the only candles I use, and well worth the price. They are highly infused, so you don't need to burn one for a long time in order to fully appreciate its scent ... and it lingers! Coming downstairs the morning after burning one the night before is a delight.The "Joie de Noel" and "Green Christmas Sage" are my go-tos for Christmas - theirs is a "warm" scent that really evokes the spirit of the season. Bottom line: Recommend.

We tend to buy one of these for every Christmas season. While I love the scent, it isn't nearly as strong as in years past. There's obviously been a change in the formula unfortunately. Hopefully they rectify this, I'd love to be able to smell it without sticking my nose directly above it.

I didn't know what to expect with the scent....I read the description but still in the end you have to take a chance...well I am glad I did. This scent is strong and makes my whole house smell good...ok, ok. I have a small house but still I recommend to anyone with pets who is tired of smelling just pets smells when you walk in the house...this candle is really really nice and I am very happy I got it.

I've smelled plenty of candles in my day.. working in a high end store with gift shop and all sorts of brands of candles coming and going but when I smelled that first Votivo Joie de Noel - I knew there would never be another scent for me. It reminds me of Christmas and happy times. Sometimes I just smell it unlit for that "feeling it gives me" .. I love this and want more. It's stunning in the mirrored container and the box is a real keeper.

It did not fill the average sized room with fragrance. It was not worth the money, just because of that reason alone. The box and candleholder were nice and fancy, but the candle was a disappointment. Work on stronger fragrances, and it will be a huge hit.

I really enjoy these candles but the scent is not has strong as the one I've had in the past. Had to contact the company about the way they packaged them for shipping as they were somewhat melted when I received them. I was able to salvage them and the company was great; they offered to replace them. I will buy from this company again. A great gift because of the way they are packaged; very elegant!

The Votivo Joie de Noel Candle has the best aroma of any candle I have ever bought. It isn't 'piney' or cloyingly sweet, just fresh and wintery. It also lasts a very long time- I burned mine for 3 seasons. Sometimes there are none left to buy so if interested, purchase before they are all gone!
