Good value and fit
Perfect fit for sambas classics and new balance (574 & 997H). Very comfortable and perfect fit with minor to no trimming needed (size 9 on both shoes). Will reorder when it comes to replacing them.

The Best
Great product - adds enough cushion to my sneakers without an arch. My feet do not perspire and the inside sole is very smooth can wear with/without socks.

So good!
I was looking for a replacement insole for my Nike Fly Knit Free Runs as I’d worn down the original insoles. My shoes are women’s 8s and I purchased the women’s size 7-8.5 insoles and didn’t even have to cut them to fit the shoe, they fit perfectly right out of the box. I wasn’t expecting them to be super comfortable or supportive, but I’m pleasantly surprised. They’re actually a forgiving rubber/foam type texture on the bottom with a really soft top layer (the green part). Super comfortable, no major support but that’s not what I got them for. Highly recommend them, I actually purchased 2 more pairs to replace old insoles in some of my other shoes.

These are great
I have looked and looked for something that cushions enough but doesn't change the profile of the existing footbed. I have a very high arch, a high instep bone, longer toes, and wider feet at the top. Plus my feet are very thin so almost no fat pads on the bottom of my feet. A regular Dr. Scholls was not enough and the double thickness was too much, couldn't get my foot in my shoe. I ended up for years using the Dr. Scholls 3/4 length rubber insert however they also had a thicker heel which pushed my heel up too high causing fatigue and too much pressure on the large bone behind your big toe. But they were all that kept me on my feet. Eventually over the years this put pressure on my feet incorrectly and I was getting nerve issues in my right foot. I tried buying new shoes, 6 pairs actually that I had to return, several other inserts, none of which worked, everything felt jerry rigged and not quite working right. And I walk, a lot. I finally bought these. They are basically a flat thin rubber like material. Not too thin or too thick. I can lay them over the insole of my Vasque trail walking shoes and it is the BEST my feet have felt in these shoes or others ever. When the really narrow toed shoes came out years ago I went 5 years without a new pair of shoes because nothing worked for my feet. As I have gotten older it has gotten harder because I have less padding, some arthritis but still the high arch, etc. These have put a smile back on my face and I just bought 3 more pairs. I also tried many custom orthotics and they were a waste of money. They hurt something awful and I couldn't get my foot and the orthotic in anything and the orthotics were always hard and I need soft. I am very happy with this product.

Comfortable but does nothing for odors
I had to cut these to fit in my loafers but once they were in, it took a few days for my feet to settle. They are comfortable but not comfortable enough for walking in dress shoes. My biggest upset with these is that they do NOTHING for odors. My feet are extremely smelly with these insoles. They're so smelly that my boyfriend has complained about my feet! While these insoles are comfortable and fit great in loafers, the smell sucks and I wont buy these again.

Very helpful for reducing excess shoe width
Like many people, one of my feet is a bit wider than the other. My workaround is to buy the shoe width of the wider foot, then reduce the width of the other shoe by using one of these inserts. In most cases, this works perfectly. So, about this Spenco insert, it's completely flat, thus retaining the original contour of the shoe--in my case, this is a benefit, since I'm only trying to take up space, not change anything otherwise. The insert is well made of good materials, lasts quite a while, and is usually well suited to my application. Its added cushioning underfoot is another plus.A note. Sometimes this insert does not work for me if the shoe fit of the smaller foot is closer to begin with and the insert reduces the width too much, making the shoe tight. Spenco formerly made a different insert that took care of this problem. It was identical to the insert now under review, but was even thinner. Spenco called it their "dress shoe" insert and it was maroon or purple in color. I wish they'd bring it back.

not like they used to be
I used these for years. They essentially cured me. I would recomend them to everyone with "heal spurs". But, the last pair I purchased broke down fairly quicklyCausing me to develop blisters on both feet. Definetly cheapened the construction.
