This is a good unit and worth the price you pay for it. Looks like this is a popular unit, and various sellers and copies exist in the market.But the unit does work like a normal TENS machine and gives you much more than the cost you pay for it, comparing with other such units in the market.1. I got it with a manual which was in Malaysian. But I could download an English manual if you google out for a Digital Therapy Machine. You will have to make do with the poor English manual, but it works and fairly easy to operate.2. When i received the unit, I placed the batteries which came along with the kit, and tried operating the unit. After the first screen, if I tried to increase the strength, the unit used to switch off.After some trial and error, i figured out that the batteries supplied were weak and out of juice. I tried the AC adapter and the unit worked very well.3. The unit outputs a stronger signal, compared to many of the medical tens units available, but the strength button gives you good control of it.4. Make sure you use it carefully as per TENS machine usage instructions, which you can google and get a lot of information.

the product is okay, there is no manual in English, so very tough to use it without manual. it is giving shock so need English manual

When u Apply Its Feel Good & Relax, I Like This Product, But I can't Say It is Good For Health & its gives u any Benefit

Worth for money. Good product. Very effective in relieving pain. Cheaper for those who has to go to physiotherapist . I used to pay 200 rs per 15 minutes treatment. But now its handy.. Simply the best one.

I bought this in May this year and the machine has stopped working after just few uses.I am now struggling to claim the warranty now.

its not dual output ( 4 Pads ) its just pads are in parallel, ie you can uses only one set for full power

Very useful product but there should be english manual but I have gone through youtube...
