Do not buy this as It is based on maltodextorin which is a form of carbohydrates that u will get in Rs. 25/per kg.If you don't believe me then Google it.So the cost of suplyment not more than Rs. 100-150.Also excessive consumption of maltodextorin cause side effects.So think before you buy.
