The item sold and supplied was 120v. We use 240v in the UAE. Check before you buy. The description was inaccurate.

Everything is fine, but the product description does not say that it is only designed for an American 120 volt electrical network and cannot be used in the UK. I have to return it.

Very good and easy to use. Full slow charge is completed in 4 hours.

The C80 is for the USA ONLY and (when received) is clearly marked 110v - 120v only. So NOT safe for the UK. All others in the range have euro 2 pin plugs so also not approved for the UK. (Type C plug) The UK is type G with earth pin. I have just spoken to Bosch and they tell me Type C plugs should NOT be used in the UK. Bosch tell me there should be a UK plug fitted if genuine UK product.

I purchased this item to charge a new motorcycle battery I purchased recently because after it was activated it was only at 75% of a full charge. It worked great. I’ll know more when I can connect it to the battery for maintenance purposes.
