this tool is well constructed and will last a long time. hole punch die are sharp and will punch many holes before they need to be replaced, this tool is a real time saver when there is a need to install pop rivets in the dropped ceiling grid structure. it works much better and faster than using a drill and bit to make a hole for installing rivets. Replacent punch dies are readily available and at a reasonable price. Buy this tool and you will be happy with the way it performs and the way it will last.

Excellent tool. Worked with it for 2 solid days and punched many holes. Will put perfect hole in two pieces of ceiling grid in seconds. Much easier and faster than using a drill with a cleaner hole.Very heavy duty construction. Tip has remained super sharp throughout my project ( and replacement tips are available). I anticipate using this tool for years to come.

I ordered this tool after researching several different types of punches. I am installing a large drop ceiling in my basement and needed a good tool to punch holes for the rivets. After looking at the big box hardware store, none of their punches seamed strong and sturdy enough, also most had wheels that rotated that would just get in the way. After looking around I decided on this one. I ordered on Sunday evening and got it Wednesday so I was ready to go the next weekend. It is very sturdy and heavy duty. The holes punch in the metal without much effort. I would highly recommend it.

This is an awesome tool with an unbeatable great price. I am a construction worker and use this tool all the time at work for T-bar and such. You definitely won't go wrong with this purchase; these pliers are very durable and work amazing; they will last you for a very long time. With my 2 years using this tool at my job site, I have not found better pliers for such a steal price of $14.

Makes a very clean hole, cuts easy and don't have squeeze very hard to puncture through. Would definitely buy a tool from Strictly Ceilings again with my full trust that it is quality.

These punch pliers work very well. I will only be purchasing my grid hand tools from strictly ceilings from here on out. Their price is very fair and great quality compared to the ones I've been buying from ams. 14 years in the trade and now I'm hooked. I plan on purchasing some problems series punk pliers next so I can hand these Down to my apprentice! They arrived in so cal almost a week early also! Thank you strictly ceilings!

Good tool, good value. Very fast shipping. I had them delivered in under 2 days from placing my order. The appear to be good quality. I have purchased other punches in the past from big home improvement stores, they are cheap, flimsy, and don't last. The cheap punches usually require both hands to squeeze hard enough to punch. With these you can easily make a punch, even through the seam in commercial grid.
