Good quality, exactly as described and with some give in the box. Great for at-home plyo moves. The lower height is great for me getting back into box jumps and inverted push-ups. Recommend.

After finding a video on ground to floor transfers, we kept looking for the same type of “box” without knowing the name . Finally saw this box and ordered it and it is a game changer! Sturdy, yet soft enough it doesn’t hurt & sturdy enough hands don’t sink making it safe to keep steady while pushing off of it. 12 inches was the perfect height , like a middle point from floor to chair

I got the 12-inch version. For being 5'2" this has been a game-changer for hip thrusts. It is strong and stable box but soft enough to still be able to lean on it and complete my workout. I have been using it religiously for about a month and the firmness has not changed.

got this for our home gym. i’m 5’2” and it allows me to reach out high bar for supported pull ups. you can also use it for other movements. pretty large in size and material is great quality!
