Veg / bloom/ both is also nice that lets you dial in the intensity and color temp. eight cooling fans is also good. The fans are quite and allow the LED to run very cool.It nicely lights maybe 6 square feet adequately for growing common container vegetables. I will follow up later once I've used it more, but my first impression is that it is really nice quality with just the right amount of options.Triple-Chips are very nice much better than double,Very bright plants seem to respond well to the light, Exactly what I was looking for in a small tent setup and the plants are reacting very well to this light.Very happy with it, and more importantly, so are my girls. I suggest hangi ng higher than 60 inches, Because the PAR value real too high. Not only are their lights the best bang for the buck , but the customer service is 1st class . Do not hesitate to buy these I have had great results. My plants have tighter nodes and has helped keep the temperature down in a tight space，will comment later on results in a few months

I ordered this light in April 2019 to move some of my peppers indoors and they have been growing great. I now have a healthy batch of kale growing along side some rainbow bell peppers that have start to sprout. It's good for a 4x4 to veg your plants and get them good sized as long as you follow the instructions provided with the light. Keeping a good 3ft above your plants. If you plan to flower I would suggest a 2x2 grow tent just so that the amount of PPFD given off of the light is adequate enough for your flowers. I love that it has the veg and bloom switches allowing you to control the amounts of red and blue light it gives off. I've had it for about 8 months now and it has worked great but one of the led panels went out. I immediately messaged the sellers through amazon with the order number and provided pictures of the issue. Customer service responded back same day asking for my address so they could ship me a replacement light right way. This light was definitely worth the price compared to other lights I've looked at and used. I would definitely recommend buying this one over another light that may cost a little less just for the customer service and quality of product.

So far.. So great! I have the 1500watt.. In LED's its a different language than HPS.. The light uses 300 watts. They count 1500 because the chips are suppose to emit light as if it were "like" a incandescent light.. These have 3 five watt Bridgelux chips in each light.. And unlike other reflectors or ones without.. Each 15watt light cluster has its own reflector much like COB lights have except smaller.. I'm not worried about it over heating because it has 8 fans!!! As far as what to expect when you're using it compared to an HPS.. It compares more to 800 watts.. But you're saving 500 watts per hour.. And the colors hit the PAR values more than what an HPS with a good bulb can do at 1000watts...You also have more versatility.. Since you can switch from Veg to Bloom.. You can use it only in veg when plants are young.. I have three separate rooms I grow in.. I have every kind of light they make!.. I am impressed with this light.. And it has three things that others in this price range and some even higher don't have.. It has a daisy chain outlet.. Those are very handy, it has a 100,000 hour rating... Others are 50,000 and a five year guarantee.. Of course its wait and see if you ever have a problem, then you'll know how well they honor their guarantee.. But they claim five years...To those who complain about the coverage.. That's all LED's.. You have have 3 watts that are larger in size because they spread out the lights yes they will have a bigger foot print but less power.. Double and triple chips lights put out higher lumens and par but cover a smaller area.. They shine down not out.. So they don't go much beyond the physical size of the light.. Like in a grow tent.. Three1500watt triple chips cost around 900 watts to run.. You need three to cover that area.. It only takes two HPS that costs 2000 watts to run.. If you wanted to rival the yield of the HPS you can add another 1500 watt LED using 1200 watts.. And rock the world!I have to wait two months to see the end results before I Jump completely on the bandwagon.. And if course should I have a problem and the guarantee is not honored..But for the price... I think its the best choice...

I have not gotten this grow light completely set up yet, but from what I have seen so far, these are extremely well built and have all the functions I was looking for. My husband, the electrician, is even impressed with my selection of these grow lights. That is quite a compliment since he can be very picky when it comes to quality. Thumbs up!!

I figure it's about time for my review of this monster light. I have one that I've been using for nearly 3 months now. Growing some medicinal herbs, the light is amazing. Take a look at the pics I posted for the results of the first light. I'm adding a 2nd one to it, which just arrived today in absolute perfect condition. The thing I like most about this light is it doesn't give off mass amounts of heat, my grow tent really stays about 5 -8 degrees above the room temperature at all times which means I'm saving money by not having to hook up exhaust fans ect. Get one or 6, your plants will thank and reward you.

Coverage is more like a 2x3 ft area, wouldn't buy again
