Unfortunately, I had to stop due to a facial allergic reaction—itchiness and severe dryness. Great little supplement to add your hair, skin and nails. Have used for a while now and everything does seem to be growing as it should - can't say whether this is actually down to this product or not, but I am a great believer in every little helps. Great price too.

I usually get this brand's gummy vitamins, but I decided to change just to try. It was better if I stayed with the gummy vitamins. The taste and even the small when you open the box is really bad. I had to stop taking them after a while because after I swallowed them, the taste would come back up in my mouth
