I trust that if it is made by J. R. W it is high quality and a good value for my money. I no longer try others, because I have no complaints and am fully satisfied.J. R. Watkins and this product has been around for a long time. When they design a classic it is available for years. I appreciate that this product is consistent, simple and hasn't been subject to random tweaks or short lived marketing fads.Awesomeness:1. There aren't multiple competing essential oils. ▪one of the best qualities, especially for anyone who has sensitivity to different essential oils.I like to spray this into the shower shortly before I get in. I use it as a wake-me-up in the morning. I also use it when my kids, husband, or I have a stuffy nose. I spray it into a steamy shower or bath, or the bedroom air.I don't use this as a pillow spray, but I don't spray anything directly on a pillow due to potential skin or eye irritation.I also like this product in their concentrated liquid, which is great for a warm pot of water on the stove or in a humidifier.Both are especially helpful during the dry low humidity of the colder months.J.R. I love this product Spray is easy and takes short time to work. Melts onto skin fast. Yes!!!!

In my house, winter time brings on lots of sniffles and stuffy noses. Both of my kids have these small plug in devices that you insert a small essential oil infused pad into, and it diffuses the eucalyptus, camphor, or menthol oil into the air, opening up stuffed noses, and helping them to breathe while they sleep. The oil also helps to calm coughs.This is a spritzer bottle that contains the menthol and camphor in an easy to use spray. When my kids get ready for bed, I simply spray a few squirts of this into the center of the room, and it lasts for hours. Be careful, this stuff is potent. If I spray too much, it can irritate your eyes. If you're going to sleep, however, that's not an issue, as your eyes are closed.I keep a bottle of this year round, as I tend to use it myself when needed, rather than using nose sprays, which can be bad to use for more than a couple of days.

The spray bottle makes this so easy to apply. Seems to be of full strength and shipping was quick.
