ordered this jacket for my son to match mine. it came and there was a big rip in the jacket which i didnt realise until a week later. i contacted the seller and got a very quick response. the seller offered a refund or an exchange. i requested an exchange and the seller immediately sent a new one out which arrived in a few days. great product and great service and quick response from seller. A++++

Absolutely loved this jacket. After reading reviews on this jacket, especially the differing reports on sizes, I actually ordered a 9-10 year one to see if it was actually the correct size. It was so I have ordered another two jackets. The quality is outstanding and delivery was prompt. For a jacket at such a cheap price I was more than impressed and to be honest it puts other manufacturers to shame. Well done. I will know where to go in future.
