Very good supplement. It’s much better than taking 3 pills. But, it does cause constipation for me. I take it with food. My hair is not coming out as bad as it was before. I feel better now that I am taking the vitamin D in it. I would highly recommend it. But just take it with a lot of water. Or a stool softener.

This supplement has four vitamins and minerals that I have been prescribed in one capsule. It does not have any taste and is easier to swallow than a hard pill. It works for me!

I have seen results in comparison to other supplements. Easy to use, I take it in the morning and it does not make my stomach upset.

Excellent product

Wow this is exactly what I needed. I wish I found these 2 months ago. I broke my ankle and these really helped me get the daily needed calcium to help repair my bones plus all the supporting vitamins to absorb the calcium. I was drinking gallons of milk a week. It would be nice if they could also have the fat required to absorb the fat soluble vitamins.
