William Painter The Empire Titanium Polarized Sunglasses for Men and Women

I got these glasses and instantly fell in love with them. The way they feel in your hand, the weight to them, the coloring to them. I had really high hopes of them lasting too. I got into my car after work and noticed something blurry with my vision. I cleaned them and cleaned them. Still blurry. Cleaned again. I told myself, these are marketed as scratch resistant, surely this isn't a massive scratch. Indeed it is. Not sure how this was caused as I take good care of my expensive items purchased. I have contacted support to start an exchange but their website only has the automated option to exchange if purchased from their site. I'll update this review as soon as I hear back from support but as of now, these are completely unusable and I'm very disappointed. I'm hoping support can help me out because I am anything but satisfied.

I have previously bought these and loved them! I was so excited that I bought a second pair as a gift. I did not receive what I paid for. It came in a William Painter case, but it was scratched up. The frames were not only the wrong color they were plastic. They also didn't even have the correct product.Very disappointed that my 2nd experience was this poor. Be careful out there!*****UPDATE*****After informing them of the poor product I started the return process and got the correct pair. The correct pair is great quality!! I’ve dropped them on pavement without a scratch!

Despite the irritating homogeneity of the wearers in this company’s promotional video (wasn’t sure I was even allowed to buy them, not being a smug white hipster) - these are BY FAR the best sunglasses I’ve ever owned - and I’ve had ones that cost up to 3x as much. I love them even though they are not very flattering. They were instantly comfortable - fit perfectly, with no weird pressure points. The color fidelity is *extraordinary*. They are wearable/usable down to a level of dimness that no other grey lenses I’ve ever had have permitted. The polarization is very obviously of extremely high quality - I used them in very bright sunshine, out on water, and my eyes were very comfortable. They feel substantial and yet do not feel heavy while on. Even the case is high quality.

UpdateAfter using the glasses in my truck always in t the cover if not on my head and clean them with the cloth from the package I noticed smal spots on my glasses like it's burnt ....no idea how to explain itThe little smal black spots on the picture very hard to capture with the cameraAnd no it's not dirt

Looks nice, feels small, and not quality... at that price I was expecting quality on par with Oakley...

The lenses are perfect, blocking the sun and glare without being too dark. Vision is clear through the lenses, so I'm not constantly putting them on and every time the sun goes behind a cloud. Unfortunately, the glasses are small. The frames sit too high off of my nose creating a gap on the lower side of the lenses, The ear pieces are also a little cheap, scratching my ear where they sit. A smaller person would probably not have the issues I experience, and I can't stress enough how much I like the lenses; but I have to return them.

Nice club-style glasses at a great price!Unfortunately, they did not fix my over-sized head :( and so had to be returned. I would have re-ordered them if they came in a larger size. Both the ordering and return process were simple and were completed without incident.

If you’re looking for a pair of black sunnies that don’t fall off your face..look no further! So far I haven’t been disappointed with the quality and I don’t have to keep pushing them up like I’ve had to with many other sunglasses. This is a timeless frame and I’m very impressed so far with my purchase
