I believe the nutritional benefits of all the different salt remains the same, Iodized salt (bit manually modified to get that free flow effect), Rock Salt and this Pink Salt.Mineral content are intact in this salt form as this is being mined from mountains which is widely seen around Pakistan, some suggest this salt for weight loss and additional nutrition benefits which i really dont know much about it.

When I ordered it, I had seen it mentioned Himalayan Pink Salt. But when I received it, I realized it did not have that mentioned anywhere on the package.
