... find the crush technology of the waffle celled gel superior to all the other
I find the crush technology of the waffle celled gel superior to all the other: memory foam, gel, gel/foam pads, air cell pads, sheepskins, fleece, on the market.I have four of this gel waffle cell crush style pad in 1'', 1.5" and 2" thick pads from different sellers for different uses. One is sculpted, thinner in middle, thicker on the sides. One is for use with a folding chair, one is for putting in rental car seats for long driving trips, one is for my office chair that already has some spring cushioning in it. I think the cushions do a good job of maintaining circulation in the legs while sitting for a long time.I think this particular cushion is a good value works well. I would always like to pay less for it as they are not cheap, but I will probably buy this particular cushion again as it seems to be the best blend of size and thickness for my need of adding to an office chair. ( Cautions: they are not light. Thinner ones do not "crush" as well but are lighter and would be more portable to carry around to bleacher seats and on an airplane. I would not leave them on the car seat if the outside temperature is excessive as they will heat up. I would put it in the trunk or take with you into the hotel . Not really a problem. They will definitely COOL down if left in a cold car overnight too.....)I liked this particular pad. I will buy this pad again. My opinion is that it is vastly superior to all other sitting cushion offerings out there, (except other gel crush cell technology pads on the market.)If you have difficulty sitting for extended periods or have circulation problems in your legs, my opinion is to give this pad a try. My opinion is that it is the best technology out there of far for addressing the prevention pressure point problems and impaired circulation in the upper legs while sitting.Moving around while sitting on the cushion seems to massage your bottom with its intermittent pressure variation and encourages better circulation in the pressure point areas you are sitting on.I found this pad to be a worthwhile purchase for my office chair and for using in rental cars for long distance Driving trips.

My best approach was to switch them around during the day
I don't know about "miracle," but I had previously bought three different cushions trying to help with tailbone pain. Each one seemed to work for a little while, but I'd still have problems. My best approach was to switch them around during the day. But what I learned was "memory foam" just means "flat as a pancake" to us plus-sized folks. Might as well have used a few sheets of paper. THIS cushion however offered me enough support everywhere that the tailbone could get real relief. Just a few weeks of using it, and my tailbone is a happy camper.

It's costly, but it's fantastic!!!
When the home health nurse told me my mom should have a gel cushion, she said all of them we're basically the same. But, there was such a huge price range so I actually took the time to read about each one - and while this one is costly, there are even more expensive ones - but this really did seem to be the best one. I was supposed to get it right away but I couldn't find it locally. The one I did find - I was told was supposed to be the best ($139) but it wasn't as cushy as this the one. I bought this one, even with expedited shipping, I saved money and got a far superior cushion. The nurse told me it was the best cushion she'd ever sat on!

I purchased this for a friend who has limited mobility and is unable to easily move, turn
Healing backside pressure sores: I purchased cushion for use in a wheelchair. The cushion immediately provided improved comfort and after several months, continues to be durable and performs well. I purchased this for a friend who has limited mobility and is unable to easily move, turn, or readjust his/her position in a wheelchair or bed. I'm hoping the design of this soft, thick, substantial cushion with raised triangular open cells will help prevent future pressure sores. The size of the cushion is actually a little smaller than the size of the wheelchair seat and if it had been available a few inches larger, that would have been better. I would have purchased a cushion that left no gaps at the back or sides of the wheelchair. The cushion comes with a slippery, silky, dark-blue cover that has raised dots on one side to provide slip-resistance and keep the cushion from scooting out of the chair. But my friend slid out of the wheelchair with the cushion--so we are using the cushion without the silky cover and we're pleased and grateful for the cushion's benefits.

Much Better Than I Expected.
I have used it for a week now and I like it more than I thought I would. I have tried and own some memory foam versions, and one of them is really good, but this is better. When you first use it, it will not feel like it is a very good product, but after awhile you start to realize how comfortable this is. It is somewhat heavy, but the case is easy to remove and clean, and it doesn't slide around the chair easily which is good. I drive with this as well and it helps a lot on long trips. It is the exact same as the Purple brand, and the same price. ( Research the patent numbers. ) I bought this one on Amazon for the rewards points. I will most likely buy another one soon so that I can just leave one in my truck.

Welcome Relief from Sciatica Pain
I had been looking for a well padded seat cushion to help relieve a recent problem with sciatic-related pain on my left side ; initially began looking for one with adjustable air-filled pockets ( similar to those made by ROHO for wheelchairs ) but found their expense to be an issue. After exhausting my search, I elected to try out this "Miracle Cushion" as it combined an egg crate-type design with gel material. I found this cushion to be well made, with a dark colored, non-slip removable synthetic fabric cover, and is low-profile (thickness) ; I found it to be somewhat rigid in feel at first use, but since I've begun using it on a regular basis these past couple of weeks I found it becoming more comfortable, and most importantly my sciatica pain gradually diminished and has now healed. A good value product for the performance in my own opinion.
