HowJoJoGirls One Piece Swimsuits Hawaiian Ruffle Swimwear Beach Bathing Suit

I was hesitant to order this because it didn’t qualify for free returns, and I couldn’t see it in person before purchasing. I am very happy with my purchase! The suit is very well made and fits my toddler perfectly. She’s 2 years old, in the 96th percentile for height and weight, and I ordered a 2/3t.

I purchased two of these suits and initially thought they were absolutely wonderful. They fit my granddaughter very well and the colors were very bold - the way she likes it.But, after occasional use (swim lessons once per week, alternating between each week), both of these suits have faded terribly. The blue is particularly bad, as it looks very washed out. I hand washed these, too, and hung them to dry, so they never went anywhere near my washing machine.Pics provided: The green changed from a pastel green to lime green (compare the shade of green on the bow to the rest of the suit, as when first purchased they were the same color). Blue shades are obviously different - compare the leg opening to the rest of the suit.They look cheap and old now. Not impressed.

I bought this for my 10 year old daughter for a pool party. It was a last minute purchase. Swimsuits are tricky to size even in store, without trying it on. I thought it was really cute, and I relied upon the positive reviews, which 80% of the time I find accurate and super helpful when shopping. So, I decided to take a chance, hoping it wasn't some poorly made, cheap, or ill fitting swimsuit from overseas. My daughter keeps getting taller yet has always been very slim. The always buy a size up with bathing suits rule my Mother taught me... doesn't work out for her lately because she gets a loose top and/or saggy butt and is always readjusting and not comfortable. So for now, I just get what fits now, because her being comfortable to move around unselfconsciously and play like a kid while she still is one, is so important to me. They grow up so fast. However.. it's the end of the Summer, I realized all of her swimsuits we bought only a few months ago don't fit lengthwise anymore.. she must have grown a few inches. I actually didn't think this would make it in time for the party, and last night grabbed a back up from Target. It ended up coming 20 minutes before she had to leave. I opened it up and was amazed at the beautiful vibrant bargain in my hands. As soon as she saw the vibrant colors and cute design she wanted to wear that one and tried it on immediately. Lately she's somewhere between picky and indifferent when it comes to what she is wearing. I still worried about her thinking the ruffles were "babyish" (An idea I mostly disagree with.. I'm in my early 30's and like a well placed ruffle now and then if it's flattering). It's one of those rare bathing suits that both a 3 and a 13 year old could both look good in. I ended up buying a size 11-12 years, and although it was loose, each of the crossed straps in the back was adjustable. I moved each one up a few inches, and it was perfect, not too tight or too loose. Next year, if quality holds up, with another easy strap adjustment in the other direction, I can see this fitting and getting some use out of it! The Target suit was quickly forgotten and I'll be returning it tomorrow. It pales in comparison to this. I highly recommend this swimsuit to anyone on the fence. The photos don't do the vibrant real ruffled top and the purple, pink, black and white tropical printed one piece bathing suit any justice.

Very cute. The colors are way more vibrant (think hot pink) than the picture shows. I ordered a 7/8 for my 6 year old because reviews said it runs small. It was too big so I returned it and am waiting for a 5/6 to be stocked so I can reorder it.

I'm thankful it's adjustable. That's a great feature, especially since we ordered online and I didn't want to return it. My daughter turned 12 yesterday and we chose size 11/12. She is over 57 inches tall and 73 lbs; basically she is lean. We did need to tighten the straps a bit. If we chose the next size up, 13/14, I'm sure we would have had to tighten it all the way. My daughter is used to very conservative bathing suits. The v-shaped neck was a little bit uncomfortable for her modesty level, but once we tightened the straps she felt more comfortable with it. The quality seems nice on the front side as it's double layered. The back side of the bathing suit is only one layer.

These bathing suits are beautiful. My daughter wanted matching one for her baby sister. It’s not easy finding Their sizes and anything matching. They seem to run A little small because my youngest where is an 18 month clothes And the 2/3 fit her perfectly. My oldest wears a size 8 but it was a little small on her and when I ordered the 9/10 and it fit perfect.

I find that the sizing is different than US sizing, They were sizing the suit according to the age of the child and not by weight or inches. So I bought a 11-12 because my Grand-daughter will soon turn 11 and I figured it would fit her next year as well. She tried the 11-12 on and it was tight across the back. I have re-ordered it in a 13-14 and hopefully it will fit .

I see that some customer's had the ruffles arrive in a hot pink. Ours arrived just as pictures with the coral ruffles. The bathing suit is absolutely adorable. The colors are vibrant and the cut is just perfect for a little swimmer! I ordered a 4-5 size for my 3yo daugher because she's tall for her age 91st percentile and I'm hoping it'll fit next year too. Love, love, love this suit for her swim lessons

We really love this bathing suit. It is a perfect thickness, is very flattering for my 11-year-old, & had a nice unique design. We are so impressed we will be ordering new suits for my girls to fit for next year from this brand!We did find it runs slightly small, but not by much, though I would size up just because kids seriously only want to be comfy. Great buy!

It's really a hit or miss with bathing suits because they are made so differently but this was right on. My daughter is 70 lbs. and a size 10/12 in clothes. This was perfect with adjustable straps, just the right fit!
