Work great for babies
I got these because I have limited toy storage and needed the ability to block access to certain toys in their normal storage bin, a set of plastic drawers. They work really well over all. They are SUPER easy to install and stick very well. However, my 3.5yo can open them by himself already, so I'm going to have to find a different solution because between he and my 1yo, the 3.5yo is the problem child with taking out toys he isn't allowed to have. That being said, I think it did take him 6m to figure it out. But don't get these thinking they'll work for an older toddler/preschooler. Now I'm thinking I'll get the refrigerator locks with keys. 😂

Does its job for me. Toddlers? Maybe.
I bought these for cabinet doors and a drawer. The cat is stumped but has stopped trying to break in. Easy to apply, just peel and stick. Make sure to measure and adjust the straps before you begin to put them on. You slide a tab over to open them. It’s a bit slick if your hands are wet, but not enough to be a problem. For the ease of installation and price, I’m happy with them. However, I don’t think they’ll be long enough to fasten around a refrigerator door unless it’s a side by side and you attach those two doors together, and I don’t think that it would work well on an oven door due to the size and regular heat. I withheld a star for what seems like a misleading description.

does the job, no complaints
Looking for a way to prevent your kid from opening drawers/cabinets? This thing works well. It's got two stickers for the two anchors, and a thin flexible plastic piece that connects the two. It's easy to install, only took a few moments. The tab to open it is easy enough to use and my toddler hasn't figured it out yet. He actually enjoys locking all of the cabinets using this thing (it just clicks into place). Seems durable enough. When you don't want to keep the cabinet locked, the flexible connector is thin and flexible enough that you can close the cabinet all the way and the tab just get pushed/stay out of the way.Overall, works well, does job would buy again.

Do what they’re suppose to. Not the strongest adhesive though.
So I have had these for a little over a week now and they have done their job for the most part. Day 1 my 1 year old ripped one straight off the kitchen cabinet. The adhesive just hasn’t been able to hold up to my very determined very smart 1 year old son. He’s only been able to pull 2 off so far. I readjusted a new safety lock in the same place both times and he hasn’t been able to rip them off yet. So it’s a hit or miss. The only other thing I don’t like is if you slide the one side in it’s super difficult to reopen it to readjust the length. These definitely do what they’re suppose to but if my kid keeps figuring out how to dismantle them I’ll have to find another option.

Love them! Work for years!
I love these things!!! We use them everywhere to keep our two year old safe. I only ever had one break and that was because my husband was trying to rip open the pantry door when he was half asleep abs didn’t realize I had baby proofed the pantry. The double sided tape holds up great. When I was time to move, I used a hair dryer to start to melt the tape, peeled it off fairly easily, and then just purchased additional double sided tape from lowe’s and just re-used all of the same straps in our new place. All of the straps survived the move and are continuing to prevent my toddler from playing the drums on my pots and pans.

It works, has some flaws.
They work but they take some getting used to. They aren't the easiest to undo when trying to open. I use them on my refrigerator because my baby likes to open the door and stand in there for no reason. In order to install you have to take them apart also and it is NOT easy to do so. So I give it 3 stars. Lost one star because it's not easy to install and another because once installed it's kind of hard, even for an adult, to open. BUT, IT WORKS so that's good.

Holds up to a 3 year old pulling on the doors
Easy to stick on, and they seem to hold up well. Make sure to adjust the length of the strip before you shove the slide into place, because its a bit of a task to pull that back and adjust. Pushing the tab outward to open the lock is easy, and you simply push the lock back onto the base until you hear a click and its locked again. My son came home and saw them, and said where the locks come from, take them away! He can't open them and that makes me feel better. Now he can't get into cleaners under my sink, or medicines in the cabinet.

Best Baby-Proofing Product I’ve Found
I am soooo happy with these. It took me many baby-proofing products to find one I could actually install myself. And it does the trick. My son can’t figure out how to remove it. Kind of a hassle, but all baby proofing items are, and it’s pretty easy to open. I figure it will become second nature quickly enough. Not sure how they will be to remove or if they’ll do damage to paint/wood, but I don’t care either. Even if they do, it will be worth it because I could install them and my son is safe.
