These are really nice plugs. Drill a 1.25” hole and they pop right in, threaded ring snugs down and holds them nice and tight from behind. Nice wide bezel around the plug gives them a really clean look and hides any imperfections from cutting the hole. It’s also nice that you can completely remove the rubber flap if you don’t need it. Came with wires with in-line fuses but I threw these away as I was already wiring through a fuse panel and the wires included were gauged too small for my system. Great plugs for the price.

This was purchased to attach a safety light that requires a on top of a tractor used for plowing. It was easy to install and the set up works nicely.

Great value - good quality and came with all required parts for install
Needed a couple of "cigar" lighter sockets for 12 power in a camper refurb. Seems I always buy whatever is on the lower end of the price scale - and these were excellent! Well built - the socket connections seem sturdy and adequate although the sleeve part of the socket is not as robust as some I've seen. I think they will hold up well. A nice bonus - comes with a pre-wired pig tail about 30" or so long, crimp lugs and a full set of hardware. The threaded part of the assembly is long - I mounted mine in some 5/8" pine with plenty of thread left to make putting the nut on easy. The front dress plate is keyed such that the body of the assembly cannot rotate once installed. I didn't try to mount without the dress plate but you might be able to.No more shopping around - next time I need a 12V socket I'm just going to buy more of these.

It works and was an easy installation in the bed of a Ford Maverick.

These hold the Plug Tight
Used these on a couple of 12V batteries that I use for backup power supplies.The 21V to 5V USB charger plugs and my other 'Car' devices plug into these sockets nice and firm. No chance of falling out while handling.
