Great product & amazing quality. Yes, it is strong. Take it with food & some juice. Don't take this an empty stomach because you will suffer lol My prefered method is dropping 2-3 drops in a cup with some water &food. Masks the flavor and easy on the stomach. Very effective but keep in mind about consuming some probiotic yogurt which can help with balancing good bacteria

This is potent oregano oil. Two drops are recommended, under the tongue. I started with two in a small amount of water and decided that under the tongue would burn like hell. Next, I used juice. That was better. The 93% Carvacrol makes this brand the best for solid results!

Powerful! Even after taking this for some weeks now I still get punched in the gut as to how strong it is. Since I am a smoker with coughing fits this oil is a must have to clear out my lungs. I take a few drops raw and it clears my lungs and throat instantly! The more expensive brand I was using is actually weaker than this brand and I will subscribe to this one instead. Really pleased with this oil!

OOOh this stuff is strong so watch out. But it works great. I use it in capsules and wear cloves so I don's smell like oregano for the next 24 hours. It has kept me from getting sick many times and I recently had a reef rash that would not go away until I started taking this. I also put some carrier oil in my hand and a few drops of this and rubbed it between my palms then on the reef rash...I had gone to the doctor and she gave me a prescription rub that didn't do anything after a month. Then I remember Oregano oil! How could I forget?
