A very useful container to keep your chai hot
The product is v useful for a gathering of 15-20 people . The chai stays nice and warm . The folding feature of the stand of the container is of great help

Hot water gets cold after few minutes
The product description says that it keeps hot water hot and cold water cold but after filling the hot water, it gets cold after few minutes.Build quality, look and other things are okay but the main objective is not fullfilled.Waste of money. Can't use this product in winters now.

Happy but not as aspected.
Product is good but as it tells keeps water for long time is wrong.It keeps water hot for 2 hrs and warm for 7 hrs.I think built quality is good but the problem is of lid,if the lid was airtight it would have kept the water hot for long time.Also we can't take it for travelling there will be leakage from the lid, because it is not airtight.
