I was skeptical that it would help my back, but I could not recommend this more. I use it almost nightly for 30 minutes. Totally recommend.

We are happy to be getting a lot of use out of this Red Light Therapy body mat.It's a very nice size for the purposes that we would need it: We use it on our back and shoulders to relieve tension; on our lower back and hips for pain; on our mid-sections to help decrease inflammation; and we also use it on our dogs of all sizes to help with their issues, from "angry discs" to torn ACLs. So far, all of the dogs seem to enjoy their therapy sessions and sit or lay calmly for the duration.The amount of heat that it puts out is not overwhelming and the whole process is quite calming.The only issue that I've had with using the mat over the past 3.5 months or so is that the power connection is a little loosey goosey at the junction box. It's never powered off in the middle of a session, but it does take a little wiggling at the connection to get the power to come on and the LED remote to power up. Once it's powered on, we don't move the cord to avoid an accidental disconnect. This inconvenience is the only reason for the loss of a star.

I worked too long and my pack is a little bit soar. My friend asked me to try the red light therapy pad. I bought this one and use P4 for half hours. It really helped relieve my back pain. Amazing product. Thank to the designer.

This mat is good size and provides lots of coverage area. I recommend measuring out the dimensions on the floor though to give you perspective prior to ordering. This will best help you visualize is this big enough or perhaps is this even too big for my specific needs.The device is comfortable to wear. It can be used in many different ways and on different body parts. Unfortunately I have not noticed any changes/improvements to muscle and joint aches since I began using.The online photos have been photo shopped. This should not be allowed. This is false advertising in my opinion. Products should only be allowed to be shown actually being used in real scenarios.

This Red Light Therapy device has three various light settings and a timer which permits use from 5-30 minutes (followed by automatic shut-off). With the control integrated into the cord, the operation of the unit is very intuitive. Attaching through a Velcro style elastic band, the RLT pad can be placed in various configurations for leg, knee, foot, shoulder, lower back, etc.. There is an extension band which permits wrapping the stretchy band around the body. RLT takes weeks (if not months) of regular use to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment, but, in initial testing, the device performed as I expected a RLT device to perform. One feature which is worth noting is that this device comes with the charging block. So many devices now expect the user to supply that part. I appreciate when it is included. Overall, this RLT unit seems to be a quality device which has the potential of providing useful treatment options. 5 stars.
