Good product
Fan is broken on arrival and I noticed the bracket inside the fan has come off the bolt standoffs, preventing the fan from spinning. Motor will overheat if left on too long wondering what’s going on and why it’s not spinning.Update- they got back to me the next day via email and were very helpful. They are sending a replacement. Adjusting my rating.Would buy from them again.

Ordered 2 new, Received 1 broken
Ordered 2 new to use for a bride and groom wacky inflatables and unfortunately one blower arrived completely broken. Order at your own risk - something is up with their quality control process because this isn’t the first “arrived broken” review. One that does work works well but is significantly loud.

Very poorly made
As you can see in the pics the rivets are cheap. The entire fan and motor are completely loose. I don’t usually right negative reviews. It has to be pretty bad. But I really needed to use this product this up coming weekend. Now I don’t think I’ll have enough time to get another. Sorry…. Maybe it’s the shippers fault. None the less I don’t think a $200 fan should fall apart that easy. The box didn’t show any damage. But maybe it was dropped extremely hard.
