The duvet cover is exactly as described. It is soft and well constructed. Has several ties so it attaches securely to the weighted insert. My only recommendation would be to add ties on the "shorter side" in the middle. There are ties in the two corners, but not one half way in between.

I don't know if its the placebo effect but I think I'm sleeping better. There are still some bad nights but overall , the blanket feels good.
