This breastfeeding pillow has been a lifesaver. I have a bad back and It provides great support and helps keep baby at a comfortable height, which reduces strain on my arms, neck, and back. The pillow is firm but still comfortable, and it stays in place during feedings. It’s also useful for bonding time and tummy time. Easy to clean and well made definitely a must-have for new moms!

I was looking for another breastfeeding pillow as a backup as I already have a Boppy. With my first kid I also bought the My Breast Friend pillow and returned it as I hated using it. While my lactation consultant (different hospitals and different consultants) recommended My Breast Friend, I hated how clunky it was and difficult it was to put on every time I had to breast feed. It felt like cardboard since it’s supposed to act like a “shelf” to hold your baby. With the Boppy, I liked the soft cushioning, but you have to keep repositioning yourself so that the Boppy doesn’t “fall away” from you. Additionally the cushioning is not enough such that the baby is sunk on your lap. You need another pillow under the Boppy to support. This pillow is like a Boppy, but with the waist strap of the My Breast Friend to keep the cushioning in place. The cushion is also more than the Boppy but more stuffing. Lastly I like the supportive feature (slight raise in pillow) that keeps the baby from falling off the pillow. Of the three breast feeding pillows, this is my favorite by far. Keeps baby close to you and propped at appropriate/comfortable level to breast feed. I’m able to free both hands to use my phone while breastfeeding. Only negative is that it’s hard to travel with (versus the Boppy) since it’s bigger. Also the clasp falls off the strap so I don’t clip myself in as often as I’d like.

Using the Momcozy nursing pillow has made a real difference for me during feeding time. The built‑in strap keeps everything snug and in place, so I’m not constantly adjusting myself. My baby sits in a comfortable, supported position which makes latching easier—and my back and arms don’t ache nearly as much afterwards. Plus, the washable cover makes life a little easier when it comes to messes. It’s become one of my favorite baby‑care must‑haves.

I love this pillow! As a bigger woman boppy's did not work, but this is great! I like how it has a little pillow for the baby, and that you can strap it behind you! It is very well made, and thicker than a boppy! I will say it is on the bigger side but I think that makes it more comfortable! It is also easy to clean!

I just want to say that this breastfeeding pillow is great. I love that it HUGE, and plush. It’s great for breastfeeding, but also for just letting baby chill on your lap. I love the fact that it straps around your body, and has the back pillow that gives you the assurance that the baby isn’t going to roll off so you can kind of feed hands free and worry free. the boppy pillow doesn’t have either of those features. Also the mom cozy pillow is bigger so it fits more shapes and sizes and has a better around the body fit. The boppy pillow is small. However now that my baby is 3 months 15 lbs I find myself using the boppy pillow more bevause I’m able to manipulate the way I sit to support my child’s body and posture more than with the momcozy. But overall this is a great buy. Would definitely consider this a necessity for breastfeeding.

This was my favorite nursing fellow! It is a great sign, and very comfortable! It’s very firm but very comfortable. I was even able to walk around with Baby on this one I had to. TMI but many times I had to take Baby to the bathroom with me because I did not want to disturb his nursing! So I was able to use the restroom and wash my hands while still nursing baby with this thing lol

Love this nursing pillow! It’s a little bulky but that’s because it holds baby with ease and no worry of substantial support from head to toe. The back pillow adds support for me, which is great bc nursing definitely can take a toll on my back without it. There’s also a little pocket in front that houses the arm cushion. I use this pocket to hold a snack 😀

Edit: coming back to buy a second pillow to use as backup (in case of a spilled milk emergency-speaking from experience) because I use it and love it so much. This thing is amazing and an absolute must have for breastfeeding moms. I can’t survive bed time and night time feeds without it. It clips around you so you can quickly put it on around your waist first, and then grab your baby. Saves time and you don’t have to try to get comfortable while you’re already holding and trying to feed a screaming baby. It’s big enough to provide a lot of support and comfort for your arms. Now that my boy is big enough, can roll and hold his own head up, I let him lay on the pillow without having to support him the entire time. And when he’s done eating, he loves lounging on it and just looking up at me smiling. The pillow is not meant for sleep but I’ll be honest, he’s taken a few supervised day time naps on it when he really needed some mommy cuddle time. It makes feedings super comfortable, so definitely be careful if using it while drowsy. Don’t let baby sleep on it if you’re not fully awake and alert. I know we’re all sleep deprived moms so that’s hard lol, but baby’s safety comes first. I really can’t imagine using something like a Boppy - seems flimsy and inconvenient to have to grab and adjust while holding a baby. And I can’t imagine using nothing at all. My only non dealbreaker beef with this pillow is the material the strap is made of, it’s kind of slick and I wish it wasn’t.

I’ve tried so many nursing pillows—at least five—and the MomCozy pillow is the only one I ended up keeping. It’s honestly been a game changer. I even travel with it, and most airlines let you bring any size nursing pillow on board, so it’s been super convenient. The support is perfect without feeling stiff. My baby is 5 months old and he can rest his head on it comfortably, look up at me, and “chat” while I’m sitting. It’s also soft enough that he sometimes drifts off to sleep on it. Out of all the pillows I’ve used, this is the one that actually made feeding and holding him easier rather than more awkward. If you’re struggling to find a nursing pillow that’s comfortable, supportive, and travel-friendly, the MomCozy one is definitely worth it. I wish I had bought it sooner.

Very useful and good quality cloth, easy to clean and using from last 6 months

I love this pillow! My baby fits so comfortably on it and he's very secure on it. It's very supportive for breast feeding. I also love that you can use it like a little armchair, my baby sits nicely in it and I feel secure that he wont roll out. The only issue I have noticed is that the material of the buckle is too smooth and I'm constantly having to adjust it, but its not a deal breaker. I would recommend this pillow 100%!
