Saw the reviews, seemed like a Silpat that could be used at slightly higher temperatures as well as double as a grill/bake mat... not sure if the Silpat can go on the grill... but I digress...Here are some things that I experienced so far with my several times of use:-Cookies don't brown on the bottom with this... I think this is the feature so the baked item cooks better all the way around without burning/browning the bottom much-Not as slippery as I thought... maybe this is my fault for thinking this thing was going to have my bread dough literally slide right off without a hitch. But it did not want to leave the mat very well. I had to use a spatula to scrape off parts that were still sticking to the mat. From reviews, it made it sound like even bread dough would slide right off this thing without the need to scrape. I was wrong... scraping is necessary for this sticky substance.-Wife enjoyed baking cookies on it... that's a plus-Haven't attempted to grill with it, but after the baking/prep experience, I think I might make these a "grill use only" set of mats and invest in the Silpat (maybe 2) for our baking needs.-Cleans easy? Mostly... the hot water does tend to get a lot of it off, but I still find myself with the sponge to scrape off the last little bits of dough or flour-How many uses? Wait... I thought this was going to be like the Silpat as well... and I quote, "I"ve used my Silpat a thousand times and it just keeps working!" This BBQ grill mat (and bake mat) has on the box a label that states it's good for about 50 times. Wait, that's it? 50? Should I through it away? Do I need more? Wait, I'll just invest in a Silpat...Overall, if you don't like this sticking to your grill, this "might" be the mat you want. Personally, I love scraping my grill to get the food off. Of course, onions are a bit harder to get off... and some fruit... but I haven't tried it with this mat yet anyway. If I could go back to when I bought this thing, I'd probably had just bought a Silpat. Thanks for reading!

Easy to use, clean and store. Saves time, money and helps reduce wastage.I always struggled to control the right amount of heat on my coal bbq grill while grilling seafood or kebobs. I would use foil to cover the meat from being charred. But not any more! With this new BBQ mat, kebobs and shrimps came out perfect. No more charred meat, no more rolls of foils needed, no more wastage. Cleanup was a breeze as well.Love this product already after its first use.

I got this on a lightning deal. I have yet to use it on the grill but tried it out in the oven last night. It works great in the oven. I had the oven at 450 and it didn't curl or anything. Nothing stuck and clean up was a breeze. Even though it states grill mat, don't be afraid to try it out in the oven!

It really works. You can even get "grill marks" on the BBQed items. To clean it, you really do need to use soap and water, but it cleans up well, and ready to go again. I had been using heavy duty aluminum foil. The Grill Mat works so much better. It does keep the grill much cleaner and should make that onerous job of spring cleanup much easier.

These mats are great. The two mats can cover my grill, so I am now able to grill shrimp, and dice it with a little bit of barbeque sauce. It is delicious. I also use these mats to bake biscuits in the oven. They bake really fast, so I have to take them out on the lower end of the recommend baking time. These mats are easy to clean. Great mats.

This grill and bake mat is AMAZING! I am really impressed with the versatility. I bought it to use on my bbq grill. Food tastes great and and hubby loves not having to scrap the grill afterward. I read that it works for baking too. I was eager to use the mats any way I could, so I used it for the oven as well. I am very pleased with it's performance. The food literally slid right off, and best part is- the super duper easy clean up (gotta love that!). It has single handedly replaced my parchment paper. And there is NO NEED to oil my cookie sheets for baking anymore- meaning less calories- score! Definitely a kitchen staple!

I am EXTREMELY impressed with these mats! I purchased more to give away for Christmas to my grilling loving family!The only warning which I will share, (and it is written on the box) be careful your grill doesn't shoot up over 500 degrees! It will harm the mats... (In the Phoenix heat it is easy to have the heat push up fast when starting the grill! So I do not add the mat till the temp is where I want it...) No more vegies falling through the grate, and adding my chipoltle sauce does not cause flare ups!!! LOVE IT!

I have made venison on this grill mat and it did not stick. I usually have to grease the grates on the grill because venison is so lean. Helps to keep the calories down!
