These work so good!All aluminum Ford F-150 owners know Magnets won’t stick to your rig, suction is the only way and this set up holds down great with a lever and really robust suction system.Bouncy gravel roads NO problem. Do not ride anyones tail on a rocky path as your rods might catch a rock but these holders are so convenient to use when hole jumping that I would never do without again. I have snapped a Euro rod tip before when I used to leave my rod all together and bend it into my truck and will never do that again. Like a lot of Fisherman I have a ton of gadgets that sounded like a great idea but don’t get used and At first I thought these were overpriced but they are made in the Uk and are really high quality work great don’t scratch my rods and I am pleased with my purchase.

Worked perfectly! We live on a dirt/gravel road, and when these arrived, it was more like a washboard with pot holes. Figured it was a good time to test it out, before they graded the road. We put an old fly rod in them, for the test. I did my best to knock these off the truck, but they didn't budge! They also stay on perfectly at 65 mph on pavement. Couldn't be happier with the purchase!

In Montana, we do a lot of hole jumping on streams and rivers. This is so much better that breaking rods down when moving. I can drive 50 mph on dirt roads and rods are steady.

Nice product I actually use it upside down on the roof of the cockpit on my boat so I did not have to drill into it! Works well!
