I needed a third “safety” valve on my hauler to subvert a pesky (speaking politely) neighbor. This valve was quick and easy to install on the end of the existing dump pipe. It actually took me longer to get the lid off the ABS primer can than the entire installation, no joke. I cut off the two “ears” that the old cap locked onto with a hacksaw, filed smooth, checked the fit and the pull clearance of the valve handle and lastly, applied the primer/cement…slid this new valve on and presto …perfect fit!

When your valve release handles fail this will solve the problem no leaks 5 second install

Perfect fit! Straightforward replacement once we got the rusted bolts out of the old one.

I wasn't sure which pieces I need for this repair so I ordered this unit because it contained all of the important pieces. I ended up removing the outside pieces and just using the valve and gaskets. The valve was an exact replacement and bolted in easily. Best of all, no more leaks from the black water tank!
