Cassia Obovata Powder Neutral Henna Senna Leaves Conditioning - Premium Quality (100g)

I used to use henna but old age and grey hair is catching up with me. Henna and grey hair equal clown orange, so I quit the henna. But I don’t like the grey. So I bought this. Cassia doesn’t stain as easily as henna, and it will wash out after a few weeks. But the greys are now a beautiful golden colour that looks natural and not at all old lady. I’m so happy. I do a pak treatment once a week mixed with hot coffee and conditioner. I add a heat cap and read my book for a couple of hours. The coffee adds brown and cassia gold and the conditioner, moisture. I love my hair colour now. I highly recommend this brand as the plant it comes from is the most highly staining of the plants called cassia. (Greys on top, at the part are the hardest to stain, but they do eventually .) Pleasant earthy small that fades quickly. Now I have gentle blonde highlights where there was grey. Thank you!

I have thinning, greying reddish brown hair. I've used henna for years, but now my greys are at a stage where I need to lighten the colour to stop root regrowth being so obvious. The cassia works for me.I mix a teaspoon of henna in 40 - 50 g of this, using apple juice as the acid liquid to bring out the colour. I let it sit for a few hours or overnight for the colour to develop, then leave it on my hair for at least four hours.It gives extra thickness and a soft reddish-gold shade that fades out over a few weeks. The colour is very subtle on the greys. They're still much lighter than my remaining original hair colour, but the cassia gives them warm tones rather than cool grey, which doesn't suit me.You can see where I changed what mix I used from henna to this, about 3" down. Can't wait till my hair grows enough I can cut that henna off!

I use it on my hair and love it

good quality cassia. I’m natural mousey blond with some bleached damaged ends. Hair on my roots now has this beautiful gold shine and the bleached ends are a little bit darker and golden which I wanted. I did a two strand tests one for 30 min and the other for 1,5h. I kept the cassia on for 1,5h

Not sure what it is, but the whole family tried it and it is causing an allergic reaction on all of us. Cannot find how to contact the seller for MSDS information. Is this really Cassia, as I am not aware of it being Skin Sensitising Agent?

Time will tell if this works or not but so far so good. Was hoping there would be a bit more in the pouch but may last longer than it seems.

I still don't see results. I may have to use it more time. My hair remains quite dry and smell after use.
