Plenty of features in a rack mount unit.
Great unit for going between regular and generator power. Doesn't mess up the computers.

Too deep, had to return; nothing bad to say about the product or vendor
Unfortunately, a bit too deep to fit where I needed it. Ended up returning it. Returned directly to third-party, so it was a little less streamlined of a process, but wasn’t a major problem.

Effective backup but the fan is loud
I went with this Eton unit based on some internet research of various forums. The unit itself has been rock solid and reliable. However, now that I've had it for over a year, I would say that for a home environment, the unit is much too loud. The fan is always running and the air flow has a whoosh sound that is distracting. When charging the battery, the an ramps up to sound like a turbine. If I had a closet, this unit would be great. I will look into moving this to a different room and find a quieter unit for our current setup.
