The media could not be loaded. Overview: This really is just a lovely shower head! Very well made -NICE SOLID build...very well packaged (seriously) and quite easy to install. I have a 1960s kit built house that has 7 ft ceilings, So a bit tight on all headroom. I'm a short girl so it's fine for me but if I had a guest staying at my house I wanted as much headroom in the shower as possible and the straight arm of this shower head really does the best for my application! It's also killer classy looking!Install: I found it easy to flush and easy to install. I went down past the studs for complete remodel so I can't really speak for retrofitting. However most stub outs for showers are curved and you'll have to remove that leaving a screw fitting inside the wall. I would highly recommend that you ditch the Teflon tape that comes with any fittings and instead but yourself some Hercules MegaTape. It will give you a much broader range of adjustment without fear of leaks.Seller: This seller was incredibly helpful with an additional fitting that I needed for my strange installation and they are top notch customer service!Function:I don't have the most fantastic water pressure as I am on a well and I share that well with another house. My pressure tank is set right at 40 And I am able to use both shower heads at the same time with nice effect :)The rubber nubs on the end of both the handheld and the rain shower head are a really nice soft tip and allow for very easy clearing of any sediment that might get in. That said, because I am on a well I also installed a spin down sediment filter so that I will minimize issues with any of my new fittings in the remodel :-) an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!The switch valve for this system is very smooth with a great feel... Much nicer than my expensive Moen! There are some design details with the way this system was made that show great thought. It really is as nice made as high end German grohe pieces. Very nice o-rings, tight fittings, quality machining and quality finishing. The hose for the handheld sprayer is one of the nicest hand feels and drape of any I've owned. The single only problem that I have found with this system is that while the handheld sprayer is adjustable in vertical height, it does not have an angle adjustment at all. It would be really nice if they could build that into future systems. I felt like I had to find one thing that wasn't perfection about this :-)TLDR:I am really impressed by this shower head system and would highly recommend it if you think this will work for your install! Buy it!

This is a very nice product which solves the problem in my bathroom project. I have a low ceiling and the plumber had installed the shower arm position from the wall too close to the ceiling. I wanted to have rainfall shower but also don't want to get into complicated in-wall plumbing. So I was looking around for a product which is retrofit and still provide a good look. I also want to have all in one, meaning having the hand held shower with adjustable height. Most of the product similar to the what I am looking for needs higher ceiling because the shower arm from the wall typically goes up a couple of inches. Given my requirement and my constraint, I was having trouble in finding the right product. Luckily I found this shower system. I wanted to get more details about the product so I posted my question via Amazon to the supplier. I was able to get prompt response from them and they explained very well to me that this is a product from Finland and they are big over there but relatively new in the U.S. market. The product is stylish with a slim hand held shower. I have good water pressure in my bath room and I had the flow restrictor removed but the water fall is just perfect and everyone in my house enjoyed the shower so much. To me, this product can either be a retrofit as an upgrade to your bathroom using existing plumbing, or even for a renovation project. No regret with my purchase. The product is quality built and I highly recommend it.

First off, make sure you get the right version (do you want it extra tall? Get the version with the extension). Second of all, this company is fantastic and offers the best customer service around. They stand behind their products and have helpful videos for install. Third, the quality and utility of the shower head is just top notch. It was a splurge spend for us but our bathroom is hideous and this purchase really helps make the shower experience actually enjoyable. So easy to shower kids and dogs with the handheld option, or rinse off just the body if needed, and the rain function is fantastic and relaxing. All parts swivel and turn well, you can feel the quality and the thought out design. Can't recommend these shower heads enough!
