Compré dos bandas de distinta resistencia una media-baja y esta alta. Ambas me parecen de gran calidad y adecuadas a la práctica de ejercicios. La de color negro ofrece una gran resistencia por lo que no la he podido usar en pilates

Leider viel zu stark, um damit vernünftig zu trainieren. Auch für einen Mann nur mit viel Kraft zu dehnen.
